Service	What to expect
International economy	Typical estimate: 14–21 working days after dispatch. Destination eligibility and the final quote are confirmed before payment.
DHL / FedEx express	Express options may be available. A destination-specific estimate and price are confirmed when your order is checked.

Before you pay

Confirm the coffee and number of packs, provide your complete delivery address, and let us check product availability and shipping eligibility. We will then confirm the order total and payment arrangement. Ordering is not open yet while the store is being prepared.

Customs and import requirements

Delivery estimates can be affected by customs processing, public holidays and local courier operations. Duties, VAT and other import charges vary by destination and shipping arrangement. Check what is included with your final quote before paying, and confirm any local restrictions on food or botanical ingredients with your customs authority.

Your address and tracking

Use a complete address with postal code, recipient name and a reachable contact number. Where tracking is provided, follow the courier’s updates and respond promptly to delivery or clearance requests.
